We have a 7-day return policy on selected products. Prime Lotus Mattress team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed time.  We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must email us a picture of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too. Cancellation is possible through the Prime Lotus Mattress Website or App or by getting in touch with Prime Lotus Mattress Customer Care. If the cancellation is initiated prior to the dispatch of the products, Prime Lotus Mattress will initiate

refunds within 4 business days. The refund will be reflected in your bank. If the order has already been packed or shipped, you can refuse the delivery of the order. The shipping charge will be borne by the customer.
